CONWAY – The Coastal Carolina women's golf team will open the 2025-26 season at the Golfweek Fall Challenge on Sept. 7-9 at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club in Pawleys Island, S.C.
The Chants will face a highly competitive 20-team field, which features Charlotte, Cincinnati, Lipscomb, Delaware, UNCW, ECU, UNCG, Boise St., ETSU, USC Upstate, Morehead St., Presbyterian, High Point, Campbell, and Winthrop. The field also includes fellow Sun Belt Conference members Old Dominion, App State., Troy, and Arkansas State.
To open the season, head coach Katie Quinney has set a lineup that includes returners Ella Murray, Aoife Devaney, and Varatkarn Kunkaew. Texas State-transfer Carla Bourdeaux and freshman Anna Brehm will make their debut for the Chanticleers.
The last time Coastal played at Caledonia Golf and Fish Club was at the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge last season where they took first-place out of 16 teams with scores of 286, 283, and 286.
