Men’s Soccer Releases 2026 Schedule

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina men's soccer head coach Adam Perron announced the Chanticleers' 2026 fall schedule on Tuesday. The slate features 16 regular-season matches, including eight contests at the CCU Soccer Complex, along with three preseason exhibitions.
"Competing in the Sun Belt, one of the best conferences in college soccer, will naturally present great opportunities for our players to test ourselves against the best teams in the country," stated Perron. "We intentionally opened our preseason with a top ACC program in Wake Forest and the regular season against another ACC foe in NC State who are coming off of a College Cup national championship appearance, to demonstrate our intent to be considered amongst the best in college soccer."
"We have to earn that privilege with our performances in those games and across the entirety of our challenging schedule," Perron continued. "Very excited to take this program forward and watch our players add to this program's storied tradition of winning."
The Chanticleers begin preseason play with three exhibition matches at home against Wake Forest on Aug. 9, Catawba on Aug. 12, and USC Upstate Aug. 15.
Coastal will then open the regular season with back-to-back road matches against NC State on Aug. 20 and Longwood on Aug. 24 before returning home to face Stetson on Aug. 29 and Gardner-Webb on Sept. 5.
The Chants will travel to North Florida on Sept. 9, then welcome Georgia Southern for their Sun Belt Conference opener on Sept. 18 at the CCU Soccer Complex.
CCU will hit the road for a three-match swing, facing Wofford on Sept. 22, Georgia State on Sept. 27, and James Madison on Oct. 2. Followed immediately by a three-match homestand facing Campbell on Oct. 6, UCF on Oct. 9, and Marshall on Oct. 17.
After a road match at Kentucky on Oct. 21, Coastal will host Old Dominion on Oct. 25 before closing out the regular season at West Virginia on Oct. 29 and at home against South Carolina on Nov. 3.
The 2026 Sun Belt Conference Men's Soccer Championship is set to commence on Nov. 8.
