Chanticleers Welcome 17 Newcomers to 2026 Women's Soccer Roster

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina women's soccer head coach Pete Cuadrado has announced the addition of 17 newcomers to the Chanticleers' 2026 roster.

Coastal welcomes nine freshmen, Addie Utz, Chloe Smith, Kamden Pierce, Olivia Lawrence, Ava Rodriguez, Luisa Thomas, Lily Bella, Elinor Guest, and Corinne Rodriguez, along with two sophomores, Landri Allee and Katie Lakin; five juniors, Jenny Skogmo, Kyra Kotsopoulos, Reegan Wagg, Breckynn Pugh, and Samantha Schulze; and one graduate student, Sydney Magliocca.

"We're really excited to bring in this group to Coastal," said Cuadrado. "They'll make an impact both on and off the field, and we can't wait to get started."

Jenny Skogmo
A transfer junior from Barry University, Skogmo joins the Chanticleer squad after playing in 35 matches with 34 starts for the Buccaneers. She netted two goals over her two seasons, including the match-winner in Barry's 1-0 shutout victory over Florida Memorial. The Oslo, Norway, native was an anchor on the backline, helping the team record 18 shutouts.

Chloe Smith
A Wichita, Kansas, native Smith enjoyed a decorated high school career, earning KSHSAA First Team All-State honors and MVP recognition in 2025 after helping lead her team to conference and district championships. The defender also garnered Second Team All-State honors in 2024 and appeared in the Kansas vs. Oklahoma All-Star Game, where she scored one goal.

Kyra Kotsopoulos
Kotsopoulos followed head coach Cuadrado to Coastal after spending one spring season at Tarleton State. She transferred after two seasons at South Alabama, where she played in 29 matches while logging 714 minutes. The Ontario, Canada, native scored the match-winning goal against fellow Sun Belt Conference foe Arkansas State and played high school soccer at Bill Crothers Secondary School.

Reegan Wagg
Wagg followed head coach Cuadrado to Coastal after two standout seasons at Tarleton State, where she played in 40 matches with 36 starts while totaling 2,392 minutes of action. The Nova Scotia, Canada, native recorded five goals and six assists during her career, taking 58 shots with a .500 shots-on-goal percentage.

Sydney Magliocca
Magliocca brings experience to the Chanticleer roster after spending two seasons at South Alabama and two years at Southern Miss. The graduate student has totaled 1,399 career minutes while recording two assists and helping her teams post 14 shutouts on the backline.

Breckynn Pugh
Pugh joins the Chants after two seasons at UMKC, where she played in 38 matches while scoring three goals, including a brace in a 7-0 shutout victory over Rockhurst. The Andover, Kansas, native also enjoyed an impressive high school career, helping lead her team to the 2021 President's Cup State Championship and Regional Championship, as well as a third-place finish at the President's Cup National Championship.

Sammy Schulze
A transfer junior from Tarleton State, Schulze appeared in 35 matches for the Texans and led the team with six assists during her sophomore season, the second-most in a single season in program history. The Danville, Calif., native recorded 1,401 minutes of playing time and scored one goal during her time with the Texans.

Lily Bella
The Fremont, Calif., native is a four-year letterwinner at John F. Kennedy High School, where she was a three-time Best Offensive Player and three-time team MVP. She also earned First Team All-League honors in 2024 and 2025 after receiving Second Team All-League recognition in 2023.

Landri Allee
Allee comes to the Beach after one season at Ole Miss, where she appeared in eight matches while logging 203 minutes of action. The Stillwater, Okla., native also enjoyed a decorated high school career, earning three All-District selections, three Offensive Player of the Year honors, and two Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference First Team selections.

Katie Lakin
Lakin spent one season at Ole Miss before transferring to Coastal. The Walnut Creek, Calif., native made five appearances and helped the Rebels record two clean sheets on the backline. She also excelled at the club level, helping Bay Area Surf win the NorCal Conference Championship in 2023 and the Girls Academy League Championship in 2022.

Addie Utz
A Cumming, Ga., native, Utz is a three-year letterwinner who helped guide West Forsyth High School to back-to-back regional championships and a state championship. The goalkeeper also earned numerous individual honors, including three All-Region selections and three All-County selections.

Olivia Lawrence
Lawrence is a four-year letterwinner from Madison, Ala., where she helped her team capture four area championships and led the team in scoring with 28 goals during her junior season. The forward earned numerous honors in 2025, including Attacker of the Year, First Team All-State, First Team All-Metro, and Alabama All-Star North Team recognition. She was also named James Clemens High School's Best Newcomer in 2023.

Ava Rodriguez
Rodriguez is a four-year letterwinner at Jefferson High School, where she earned Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2022 and was a three-time All-Region selection. The Jefferson, Ga., native also earned Defender of the Year honors and helped lead her team to two regional championships and a state runner-up finish while totaling 20 goals and 36 assists during her high school career.

Corinne Rodriguez
A four-year letterman at Notre Dame High School in Pasadena, Calif., Rodriguez helped lead her team to the 2025 Mission League title. She was a three-time Mission League selection, earning First Team honors in 2024 after being named to the Second Team in 2022 and 2023. Rodriguez also was recognized as her school's 2024 Junior Athlete of the Year.

Elinor Guest
Guest joins the Chanticleers after an impressive international youth career, earning 19 caps for Wales across the U15, U16, U17, and U19 national teams. At the club level, she has competed for Brighton & Hove Albion's U19 team, Chelsea's U16 squad, Crystal Palace's U14 and U16 teams, and Millwall's U12 and U14 sides.

Kamden Pierce
Pierce was a standout multisport athlete who lettered in soccer, basketball, and track & field. During her high school career, she helped lead her team to four 1A Sectional 45 championships, back-to-back 1A regional titles, and a 1A Semi-State championship in 2024. Individually, she earned four First Team All-Area selections, three ISCA All-District First Team honors, Second Team All-State recognition in 2025 after earning Third Team honors in 2024, and was named the NTSPY Girls Soccer Player of the Year in 2024 and 2026.

Luisa Thomas
A Bremen, Germany, native, Thomas competed for FC Union 60 from 2016-25 before joining ATS Buntentor from 2025-26. She captured the 2026 Lotto-Pokal championship with ATS Buntentor, earning Player of the Match honors in the final, and also helped FC Union 60 capture the Bremen-Pokal titles in 2022 and 2024.
