Free Concessions to Return to Coastal Carolina for 2026 Football Season

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina Football fans will once again feast for free, as Chanticleer Athletics announced that free concessions will return to Brooks Stadium for the 2026 season, via the CCU Kickoff Meal Deal.
Following the successful launch of the CCU Kickoff Meal Deal in 2025, Coastal Carolina will continue to provide complimentary concession items to all ticketed fans at every home football game this fall. The initiative, developed in partnership with Aramark, remains one of the most unique fan experiences in college and professional athletics.
"We're always looking for ways to make Brooks Stadium a place our fans can't wait to get back to," said Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and University Recreation Chance Miller. "The response to free concessions last season was tremendous. Bringing it back this year allows us to build momentum for Coach Beard's inaugural season and continue creating an environment that's fun, engaging and accessible for everyone who supports Coastal Football."
As part of the program, fans will be able to select from a variety of concession items, including hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and fountain drinks. Guests may receive one of each item per visit to a designated concession stand, with unlimited trips permitted. Guests will be required to present their game ticket on the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers App to be scanned in order to receive their items. Free concessions will cease at the end of the third quarter, along with alcohol sales.
The 2025 rollout generated national attention and delivered a measurable impact on the game day atmosphere in Conway. Brooks Stadium recorded three of its top 10 highest attendances in program history during the 2025 season, including a program-record crowd of 22,217 against Charleston Southern on Sept. 6. Coastal Carolina also saw its average home attendance rise to 19,884 in 2024-25, up from 17,120 in 2023.
With the return of the CCU Kickoff Meal Deal in 2026, Coastal Carolina continues to lead the way in reimagining the fan experience and delivering added value to Chanticleer supporters.
