2013 (Sophomore): Starter at outside back in all 23 matches played, totaling 1,284 minutes along the backline ... Helped lead the Chanticleer backline that conceded only 20 goals in 24 games ... Aided the Chants to 12 shutouts - tying for the third most in program history - and a .500 shutout percentage, ranking 11th-best in the NCAA ... Key member of the Coastal defensive unit that posted a 0.83 goals against average, which ranked 34th in the NCAA and tops in the Big South ... With Laugsand in the back, the Chants allowed only five goals in regular season conference matches ... Scored lone goal of the season, his first points in a Chanticleer uniform, in CCU[apos]s 4-0 rout of Presbyterian College ... Provided the assist, via a long throw, on Ricky Garbanzo[apos]s game-winner at Charlotte in the second round of the NCAA Tournament ... Attempted eight shots on the season with three falling on frame.

Transferred to Coastal Carolina prior to the spring 2013 semester.

At Marist: 2012 (Freshman): Named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team ... Twice earned MAAC Rookie of the Week honors (Sept. 17 and Oct. 1) ... Starter in each of Marist[apos]s 16 games ... Finished the season with two goals and an assist, tallying five points ... Attempted 10 shots with six falling on frame ... Helped lead the Red Foxes[apos] defensive unit post three shutouts.

Prior to Marist: Came to Marist following a strong youth career in Norway ... Earned All-State accolades while playing interscholastically with Sortland ... Played his club soccer for Sortland FC and helped the team to second place finishes in the Third Division, three years in a row.
