Kevin Olivett has served as the assistant athletics director for marketing and promotions at Coastal Carolina University since 2011.

Prior to joining Chanticleer Athletics, he served as the assistant athletics director for marketing at Georgia State University from 2006-2010, manager of corporate sales and promotions at the University of Akron from 2004-2006, group sales associate and marketing and operations manager at Georgia Tech from 2001-2004.

As a graduate and an undergraduate student he held internships in various areas of athletics administration at Georgia Tech, Wichita State University, Tulane University, Slippery Rock University, St. Bonaventure University and the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1998-2001.

Olivett earned a master's degree in sports administration from Wichita State University in 2001 and a bachelor's degree in sport management from Slippery Rock University in 1999. He is from Olean, N.Y.
