2007: Appeared in both games the Chanticleers played against WakeForest... Pitched one inning while striking out a batter against the Demon Deacons April 11... Did not allow a hit in the two appearances...

High School: Was a three-year starter at Caravel Academy in Newark, Del., helping the Buccaneers to a state championship his senior season... Named Third Team All-State his junior year... Was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 44th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft... Also was a Second Team All-State honoree in soccer his senior year... Played basketball and football at Caravel... Played in the summer of 2006 for the Cecil American Legion, helping them win the MarylandState championship...
