2012 (Fr.): Played in 36 games, getting 14 starts ... Played in 13 of the first 14 games ... Took over as the team[apos]s center fielder for five games (Virginia through Pitt) after the injury to Jacob May ... In the Albany DH, stole his first career base in the first game, coming into the game as a pinch runner, and scored the eventual game winner in the eighth ... Started in game 2 and gave CCU some breathing room with a two-run double in the eighth as the Chants won 7-4 -- his first two career RBI ... Came off the bench to deliver a single and scored in game one of the Gardner-Webb DH ... Started the next game in left field and went 1-for-3 ... Stole his second base of the season as a pinch runner at Virginia Tech ... In the Liberty finale, walked in his only two plate appearances, scoring once ... Came off the bench in the second game at Michigan, going 1-for-1 and scoring to spoil a shutout bid by the Wolverines ... Was 1-for-3 in the regular-season finale, driving in the game-winning run in the 2-0 decision at Charleston Southern ... Played in all three games of the NCAA Columbia Regional.

Named the 2010-11 Oakton High School Male Athlete of the Year as he was the baseball co-MVP and the football Offensive MVP.
