Colton Korn was promoted to coordinator of player personnel for the Coastal football program in August 2020. 

Korn originally came to Coastal as a graduate assistant on the defensive side of the ball for the 2019 season.

Prior to rejoining his old head coach Jamey Chadwell and his brother Willy Korn at Coastal Carolina, Korn served as a special teams quality control coach and assistant recruiting coordinator at The Citadel in 2018 after spending one season as a volunteer offensive assistant coach at CCU in 2017.

He spent the 2016-17 year at his alma mater Charleston Southern as a recruiting intern.

No stranger to coach Chadwell and his staff, Korn played wide receiver at Charleston Southern from 2013-16. 

Korn graduated from Charleston Southern in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in human and social sciences.
