Devon Doyle joined head coach Jamey Chadwell's football staff as the director of recruiting in May 2020.

Doyle came to Coastal Carolina University following one year as the assistant director of recruiting operations at Army from 2019-20.

Prior to his one-year stint at Army, Doyle was a football recruiting regional scout for the University of Virginia for one year from 2018-19 after working at Troy University from 2014-17.

While working at Troy, he served as a football student assistant for the 2014 season before moving over to the football operations and recruiting office as an intern from 2015-17.

Doyle is a 2017 graduate of Troy, earning his bachelor's degree in sport and fitness administration/management.
