High School: Averaged 19 points, five rebounds and four assists a game as a senior for Graves County... Two-time All-State and three-year All-District honoree... Also named First Team All-Region... Was ranked among the top 50 seniors in Kentucky... Led the Eagles to the KHSAA state semifinal where he scored 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds... Also was a standout on the football squad, playing wide receiver and tight end for the Eagles.. Played together with fellow freshman Joshua Mack in AAU basketball on the Midstate Ballerz. There, Cavette averaged 8.5 points and 7.8 rebounds a contest...
