2008-09 (Freshman)
- Played in two events, one in the lineup for the Chanticleers
- Turned in a stroke average of 81.8 over five rounds of play
- Shot a low-round 77Â
- Finished in a tie for 46th with a 54-hole score of 236, +23 (80-79-77), at the Duke Coca-Cola Individual Collegiate
- Played as an individual at the General Hackler Championship, shooting rounds of 88 and 85 before withdrawing due to an injury
Prior to Coastal Carolina
- Was a four-year varsity letterwinner in golf, lettering his as a senior at Bradenton Prep and his first three years at Redford Catholic Central
- Was ranked as the top-ranked junior golfer in 2007-08 according to Golfweek
- Won the Donald Ross Memorial event and finished third at the IJGT event at the Legacy Golf Club as a senior at Bradenton Prep
- Posted a runner-up finish at the Naples Beach Open in November, shooting a140, 4-under par
- Qualified for the 2007 U.S. Junior Amateur, following a fourth-place finish in the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Randy Wise Junior Open, shooting a score of 217 (73-71-73)
- Also competed in the 2006 and 2007 Western Junior and placed 18th in the Golfweek Junior
- Placed in the top-15 in four events in the 2007-08 AJGA season
- Was named MHSAAÂ first-team All-State his sophomore and junior seasons at Redford Catholic Central
- Was also honored on the Super Team and tabbed the Oakland County Player of the Year his junior year
- Led the team to a third-place finish at the state championships, as well as tying for eighth individually, as a sophomore
- Named all-county and All-Catholic each of his three years at Redford Catholic Central
- Was also a member of the National Honor Society and Honor Roll
- Earned the Gabriel Richard Award (3.66+) for his grade point average
