Hayley Sims joins Coach Kelley Green's staff for the 2020 season as a graduate assistant coach.
Sims is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and played four seasons with the Gamecocks where she saw the majority of her playing time at first base. .
Hayley was a .251 career hitter in 205 career games and in her four years in Jacksonville, Sims totaled 14 homers, 24 doubles, and 76 runs batted in.
With the glove, the former Ohio Valley Conference veteran ranked in the top three of the conference fielding percentage rankings in 2017-2019. In 2017, Sims committed just one error in 306 opportunities.
