2015 Outdoor: Earned All-Big South honors as a member of the Big South champion 4x400 relay that posted a clip of 3:38.66 at the conference championships … Ran a season-best 400m time of 55.38 seconds and finished fifth at the Big South Conference Championships … Finished second in the event at the Big South Challenge Cup after running a 56.89 second race … posted a season-best 200m time of 24.58 seconds in the preliminary race at the Big South Conference Championships … Finished third in the event at the CCU Invitational with a time of 24.94 seconds … Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that posted the Big South’s season-best time of 3:37.85 at the Penn Relays.

2015 Indoor: Member of the Big South champion 4x400 relay that posted a time of 3:46.01 in the event … Also earned all-conference honors after finishing third in the 200m with a time of 24.91 seconds at the meet … Finished fifth in the 400m at the conference championships with a season-best time of 56.33 seconds … Clocked a 300m time of 39.83 seconds at the Virginia Tech Invitational … Member of the 4x400 relay that set the school record with a time of 3:41.93 at the Samford Invitational.

2014 Outdoor: Member of 4x400 relay team that finished 16th at the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet... Big South champion in the 400m with a time of 55.48... Clocked personal-best 400m time of 55.16 at the Georgia Tech Invitational... Ran season-best 24.30 in the 200m at the CCU Invitational and won the event at the Winthrop Invitational... Big South Track Athlete of the Week on March 20... Member of 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2014 Indoor: Twice set new school and Big South records in the 400m, the last with a time of 53.85 to win the Big South Championships that also broke the meet mark... Runner-up in the 200m at the Big South Championships with a personal-best time of 24.26... Member of school and Big South-record breaking 4x400 relay teams, which twice set new mark, the best being 3:42.44 at the Armory Invitational and member of winning 4x400 relay team at the Big South Championships... Also won the 400m at the JDL Kick-off Classic, earning Big South Track Athlete of the Week honors, and placed third at the Hokie Invitational and eighth at the Armory Invitational.

Prior to Coastal Carolina: Two-time USTFCCCA second team All-American while running for the University of South Carolina ... Earned All-American status in the indoor 4x400 relay in 2013 and the outdoor 4x400 relay in 2012 ... 2011 South Carolina high school 3A champion in 400 meters and 200 meters ... Earned All-American honors as a senior at Dreher High School and a two-time all-state selection ... Placed third in 400 and fourth in the 200 at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals ... Clocked a personal-best time of 53.54 in the 400 at the event, fourth-fastest in the country ... Two-year member of National Honor Society and posted a 4.0 GPA as a freshman and sophomore.
