2016 Track & Field:  Recorded two of the Chanticleers' top-five 400m times ... Scored a first-place finish at Battle of the Beaches XI, crossing the finish line at 49.56 ... Had a season-best 47.54 mark in the 400m at the Big South Championships, earning All-Big South honors ... Big South Champion in the 4x400 relay ... Ran a season-best 22.01 in the 200m at the Bill Carson Invitational.

2015 Track & Field: Appeared in four meets and competed in the 200m and 400m dashes for Coastal Carolina … Clocked a personal-best with a time of 21.97 seconds in the 200m dash at the CCU Invitational … Posted a season-best time of 48.69 seconds in the 400m dash at the Bill Carson Invitational … Finished second in the event at the Battle of the Beaches with a  time of 49.01 seconds … Ran the second leg of the 4x200 relay that set the school record at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 1:24.34 … Also a member of the 4x400 relay that won the Battle of the Beaches with a time of 3:13.73.

2014 Track & Field: Runner-up in the 400m at the Chanticleer Classic with a season-best time of 49.76... Clocked 22.45 in the lone 200m race of the season at the Aggie Classic.

2013 Track & Field: Earned All-Big South honors while helping win the 4x400 at the Big South Championships... Advanced to the NCAA East Preliminary Round as part of the CCU 4x400 squad... Part of the relay team that holds the Coastal Carolina record in the 4x400 set at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:09.98... Had four top-10 finishes in the 400 including three top-five finishes... Ran a personal best 48.36 in the 400 at the Georgia Tech Invitational... Ranked sixth in the Big South in the 400.. Part of the 4x400 team that ranked first in the Big South... Won the 4x400 at the Battle of the Beaches VIII, Big South Championships and the Georgia Tech Invitational... Ran a 22.22 in the 200 at the CCU Invitational while finishing fifth.

High School: Competed at the Landon School... Interscholastic Athletic Conference Champion in the 400 meters and runner-up in the 200 meters.
