- Started all 11 games in the defensive backfield in the Chanticleers' inaugural season

- Had 2.5 tackles-for-loss, two interceptions, and one fumble recovery

- Recorded a season-high seven tackles, including six solo stops, in the home win over VMI (Nov. 1)

- A Wendy's high School Heisman nominee as a senior after tearing his ACL in the opening game and returning in the playoffs to help his team win a regional championship
- Led his team to a regional title and state runner-up finish in his junior season, earning Atlanta Journal-Constitution honorable mention All-State honors

- Ranked third in the county with 102 tackles and second in interceptions with four his junior season
