CHAPEL HILL, NC — Sophomore Terah Kipchiris posted a time of 25:40, placing third to help lead the CCU men's cross counrty team to a third place finish at the UNC Invitational, held at Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill.

The Chanticleers finished with 74 points, behind the first place UNC Alumni team with 27 points, followed by UNC 41.

Other individual finishes for the Chanticleers were Nelson Oliveria (7th, 26:09), Johnny Mitchell (18th, 27:07), Justin Foxworth (25th, 27:39), Kenny Jesensky (27th, 27:52), Brian Chadwell (33rd, 28:23), Garrett Heitkamp (34th, 28:27) and Randy Johnson (42nd, 30:37).
