Men's Soccer Climbs in National Polls

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men’s soccer team, coming off its sixth consecutive win Tuesday night against Birmingham-Southern, is on the rise in the national rankings. The Chanticleers, who currently stand at 13-2-0 overall and 5-1-0 in the Big South, are ranked as high as 11th in the country.

College Soccer News, which tabbed the Chants at 12th last week, has them at 11th, which ties CCU’s highest ranking this season in any poll. Coastal is also in the Soccer Times rankings at 12th, and 18th in the NSCAA/adidas national standings. The Chants also re-entered the Soccer America poll this week at 21st.
