CONWAY - Junior Ashton Bennett recorded his second hat trick during a 3-1 victory over Liberty helping him earn his second appearance of the season on the TopDrawerSoccer.com College Team of the Week. He was also named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week and the SoccerAmerica.com Men's Team of the Week.

Bennett currently has nine goals and two assists on the year to lead the Chanticleers with 20 total points. "Ashton worked hard all week on his finishing and striking the ball," said head coach Shaun Docking. "That hard work has paid dividends and I look forward to seeing him develop throughout the remainder of the year."

The Chanticleers will step out of conference play on Wednesday, Oct. 5 to take on Southern Conference member College of Charleston at the Cougars' Patriots Point facility.
