TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Coastal Carolina University teammates Letitia Saayman and Kyla van Graan each placed in the top half of the field at Saturday's NCAA Cross Country Championship, run on the LaVern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind.
Saayman clocked a time of 21:15.9 in the 6K race to place 110th amongst the 251-runner field, while van Graan finished close behind in 123rd with a time of 21:23.5.
The top 40 runners earned All-American honors, with the 40th-place runner on Saturday finishing in a time of 20:44.3.
The Coastal duo had already earned All-Region honors with their performance at last week's Southeast Regional and became the sixth and seventh different Chanticleer women to compete in the NCAA Championship meet.
