PONTE VEDRA, Fla. - Coastal Carolina turned in a second-round 314 and has a two-day total of 626 to stand in 14th place at the annual John Hayt Invitational, played at the par 72, 6,976-yard Sawgrass Country Club.

Eighth-ranked Texas posted an 8-under par 280 Saturday to move up four spots to first with a 36-holem score of 581. Round one leader #29 North Florida fell to second and is followed by #26 Oklahoma State, #16 UCLA, #18 Alabama and #41 Louisville.

Senior Ben Wheeler shot a 2-over par 74 and remained in a tie for 21st after 36 holes and is eight shots of the lead with a two-round score of 150 (76-74). He was 4-over through 16 holes before carding an eagle "3" on the par 5 eighth hole for his 74.

Andrew Dorn is tied for 33rd after shooting a 77 Saturday. He is at 8-over par (75-77=152) after the second round.

Alfredo Ruiz (76-80=156) is tied for 55th while Josh Pisarri (86-83=169) and Harrison Frye (85-84=169) are tied for 84th. Olle Widegren (81-81-162) is playing as an individual and tied for 77th.

The event will conclude with 18 final holes on Sunday.
