• TSU has always had one of the top defenses in the league and this season is no different ... Their 61.3 oppoenents scoring average is tops in the conference, and they lead the Sun Belt in rebounding (39.5), defensive field goal percentage (.382).
• This season the Bobcats have picked up their play on the offensive end of the court and are averaging 76.5 points per game.
• All-Sun Belt performer Nijal Pearson continues to show why he is an all-league player ... He leads the team averaging 18.2 points per game which is also eighth in the conference ... He is shooting 46 percent from the field and hits 45 percent of his three-point attempts.
