• Coastal Carolina enters the second round game of the CBI with a 5-2 record overall in the CBI Tournament (two tournaments).
• CCU's win over Howard marks only the second time this season the Chants have trailed at halftime only to comeback to win the game.
• CCU finished the Howard game only shooting 38 percent from the field ... It's also the first time the Chants have won a game despite shooting below 40 percent from the field.
• CCU also made their largest comeback of the season trailing in the second half by 14 39-53 with 13 minutes left in the game.
• Today's game matches two long-time friends who happen to be two of the top winningest active head coaches in collegiate basketball ... West Virginia's Bob Huggins enters the game with 860 wins (fourth) and Cliff Ellis is right behind him with 841 wins (fifth).

• Zac has 314 made free throws during his career, fourth all-time; and 404 free throws attempts, tied for seventh all-time ... His .777 free throw percentage is also tied for seventh.
