Saunders Receives Second Sun Belt Weekly Honor

NEW ORLEANS – Coastal Carolina University's Tor Saunders has been named the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second time, the league office announced today.
Saunders picked up his second shutout of the season and helped lead CCU to back-to-back wins over Central Arkansas last week. He had 18 saves during the two matches and posted a solid 0.66 goals-against average for the week.
The senior also had a .905 save percentage in picking up his second weekly honor while playing all 184:31 of the two matches.
