CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's soccer program ended the season with its 16th conference tournament championship, and with it came the second-highest ranking in the history of the program as the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Poll has the Chanticleers at No. 5 in the latest poll.

It is the highest ranking for the Chants in program history since the 2015 season when the Chants were ranked as high as fourth during the season.

CCU first entered the polls in 1992 as the 23rd-ranked team in the country and has finished the season nationally ranked 12 times. The last time they were ranked was following the 2019 campaign when they were ranked 28th in the USC poll and 30th in the TopDrawerSoccer.com ranking.
