Coastal Carolina seeks third-straight win

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will host regional opponent East Carolina on Saturday, March 7 at the Lynn Stevens Tennis Complex with the first serve scheduled for 11 a.m. ET.

The Chanticleers enter the contest with a 4-3 overall record after picking up back-to-back wins against Wofford (Feb. 29) and St. John's (March 1). Coastal and the Pirates have met 13 times since February, 2005. The Chants hold a slim 7-6 advantage in the series as ECU earned a 4-0 victory over CCU on Feb. 22, 2019, in Greenville, N.C.

East Carolina enters the meeting with a 5-6 record on the year having earned a 7-0 over NC Central in Greenville. Prior to the matchup with Coastal, ECU will visit UNCW on March 6.
