CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will host regional opponent UNCW on Thursday, Feb. 4 at the Lynn Stevens Tennis Complex with the first serve scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
Coastal and UNCW have met 29 times since February 2016. The Chants hold a 20-9 advantage in the series as Coastal earned a 4-3 victory over UNCW on Feb. 5, 2016, in Conway, S.C.
The Chanticleers enter the contest with a 0-2 overall record after dropping back-to-back matches against Clemson (Jan. 15) and No. 14 South Carolina (Jan. 16).
UNCW enters the meeting with a 1-1 record on the year after beating in-state foe North Carolina Central 7-0 on Jan. 30.
Fans will be allowed.
Health and safety protocols for attendance will remain in place to include, but not limited to:
- Face coverings WILL BE required.
- Maintain physical and social distancing at all times.
- NO congregating between individuals or groups outside of your affiliated party.
- NO interaction with student-athletes and coaches at any time.
