Women’s Tennis Travels to Presbyterian on Tuesday

Conway, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will hit the road to face an old Big South Conference foe on Tuesday afternoon against regional opponent Presbyterian on Tuesday, March 2, with the first serve scheduled for 1 p.m. ET in Clinton, S.C.
The Chanticleers enter the contest with a 3-2 overall record. The Chants are coming off back-to-back 6-1 victories against regional opponents Charleston Southern and College of Charleston last week.
Coastal and Presbyterian have met nine times on the hard courts. The Chants hold a 9-0 advantage against the Blue Hose as the Chants have blanked the Blue Hose the last three meetings.
Senior Somer Dalla-Bona leads the Chants with a 4-1 singles record and is on a four-matching winning streak heading into action this week, while freshmen Jesse Hollins is on a three-match winning streak of her own.
Presbyterian College enters the meeting with a 1-7 record on the year with their lone win coming over Belmont Abbey on Feb. 17.
