Conway, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team will return to action this weekend for a regional match against the College of Charleston on Saturday, March 20. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. ET from the Stevens Tennis Complex.
Fans will be allowed.
Health and safety protocols for attendance will remain in place to include, but not limited to:
- Face coverings WILL BE required.
- Maintain physical and social distancing at all times.
- NO congregating between individuals or groups outside of your affiliated party.
- NO interaction with student-athletes and coaches at any time.
Coastal Carolina University and the Department of Athletics is committed to providing a safe environment for the enjoyment of our patrons that attend our home intercollegiate athletic events. Individuals that disregard health and safety protocols may be asked to leave.
The Chanticleers enter the contest with a 3-2 overall record. The Chants are coming off of a 4-1 win against Sun Belt Conference member Georgia Southern at home on March 14 and have won each of their last two home matches.
Fifth-year senior
Bastien Huon leads the Chants with a 5-0 singles record at the No. 1 spot and is on a seven-match winning streak dating back to last year at Campbell, while junior
Neil O'Connor is on a three-match winning streak of his own.
College of Charleston enters the meeting with a 4-3 record on the year after falling to Davidson 4-3 on March 14.
