Chants will play first two Sun Belt contests of the season
CONWAY, S.C. – This weekend, the Coastal Carolina women's tennis team will open Sun Belt Conference play with a two-game trek through the Peach State.
On Sunday, March 13, CCU will collide with the Georgia Southern Eagles in a 12:30 p.m. ET contest. The Eagles enter the weekend with a 5-4 record. In the seven previous matchups, the Chanticleers have won five of them.
On Monday, March 14, the Chanticleers will pay a visit to Atlanta for a clash with the Georgia State Panthers at 11:30 a.m. ET. CCU is 5-4 on the season, while the host Panthers are 7-4.
The series between the two clubs is tied at three victories apiece. Coastal Carolina has won the last two meetings, including the most recent one on March 26, 2021, by a 4-0 tally.
