2022 Coastal Carolina Cross Country Schedule Unveiled

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina director of track & field and cross country Sandy Fowler has unveiled the 2022 men's and women's cross country schedule. The 2022 slate will once again be highlighted by the Coastal Carolina Chanticleer Challenge, hosted at the General James Hackler Golf Course on the campus of Coastal Carolina University.
Coastal will open up the 2022 fall slate at the USC – Carolina Challenge in Camden, S.C. on Saturday, Sept. 3, before trekking north to take part in the Firetower Project Meet hosted by Appalachian State on Friday, Sept. 16, in Boone, N.C.
The Chanticleers will wrap up the month of September by hosting the Coastal Carolina Chanticleer Challenge on Friday, Sept. 30, in Conway and then conclude the regular-season schedule at East Carolina's Pirate Invitational on Friday, Oct. 14, in Greenville, N.C.
The 2022 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29, in Foley, Ala., with the 2022 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships scheduled for Nov. 11 at Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Ky.
The 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championships are slated to take place on Nov. 19 in Stillwater, Okla.
