CARY, N.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team had two players qualify for the ITA Carolina Regionals singles main draw on Thursday in Cary, N.C.
To qualify for the singles main draw players must win two matches on the day or be selected as a lucky loser.
Curzio Manucci and
Iannis Fernades each qualified during Thursday's action while junior
Eric Tripathi received an automatic bid into the singles main draw

- Manucci went undefeated, beating the No. 12 seed from Duke 6-3, 7-6 (2) and defeating Charles Pilet of Elon 6-1, 6-3.
- Fernandes picked up a three-set win over Gardner-Webb to help him secure a lucky loser spot in the main draw.
- After dropping the first set Jack Dixon fought back to win a three-set thriller versus Elon.
- Juan Cruz Collardin battled to a 6-4, 7-5 straight sets victory over Gardner-Webb.
