CONWAY, S.C. – Following a brief, one-game stint on the road, the Coastal Carolina women's lacrosse team is set for the first of four straight at home tomorrow against the Manhattan Jaspers at Brooks Stadium.

Tomorrow's game between the Chants and the Jaspers will feature as the first meeting between the two programs.
About Coastal
Coastal is coming off a 24-20 loss in Macon, Ga. to the Mercer Bears on Mar. 9, a game in which the Chants saw seven record multi-goal efforts. CCU found themselves down by as many as nine midway through the third quarter, but battled back to cut the deficit to one after a goal from senior Sydney McClure with just over five minutes to play in regulation. Mercer would close out the game on a 3-0 run, resulting in a four-goal victory for the Bears, dropping CCU's record to 3-4.
Through seven games, McClure leads the Chants with 17 goals and junior Brigid Cardillo leads in assists with 12. On the defensive end, goalkeeper Charlotte Sadler leads in ground balls with 16, midfielder Sydney Tornetta leads with six caused turnovers and midfielder and draw control specialist Devin Rybacki has a team-high 31 draw controls.
The Chants will look to take advantage of the upcoming homestand, including tomorrow's meeting with Manhattan, High Point (Mar. 23), Campbell (Mar. 27) and the Atlantic Sun Conference opener against Lindenwood (Mar. 30).
About Manhattan
The Jaspers also enter the week at 3-4 on the season, coming off a 19-11 loss on the road against Campbell on Monday. After winning three straight at home over LIU, La Salle and Fairleigh Dickinson, the Jaspers are 0-4 on the road, losing to Rutgers, Temple, UMBC and the aforementioned Campbell.
Attackers Olivia Cruthers and Reagan Mullins feature as Manhattan's leading goalscorers with 15 on the season, to go with 10 assists and seven ground balls for Cruthers, and one assist, 15 ground balls, four caused turnovers and two draw controls for Mullins.
