CONWAY, S.C. - The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team (5-8, 0-2 SBC) is set to travel to Buies Creek, N.C. to take on the Campbell Fighting Camels (8-6, 0-0 CAA) tomorrow in a non-conference matchup at the Nisbet Tennis Center. 

In their most recent outing, the Chants lost to the Elon Phoenix 4-3 in a non-conference matchup on Mar. 16 at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center. The Phoenix took the opening doubles point, despite Carlos Berna Ruiz and Lucas Wayenburg extending their doubles win tally with a 7-6 win over Ben Zipay and Juan Sengariz. Coastal dropped the following two doubles matches, both in a final point tiebreaker, as Elon took an early 1-0 lead heading into singles play.  

CCU won three of the six singles matchups with the second-seeded Berna Ruiz, the fourth-seeded Guilherme Toresan and the sixth-seeded Juan Cruz Collardin each recording a straight-set victory. The Phoenix took the first, third and fifth-seeded matches, resulting in a 4-3 win for the home side. 

No. 1 doubles pairing of Berna Ruiz and Wayenburg have combined for eight wins through the first 12 games of the season, with their doubles ranking moving as high as 36th in the national ITA poll, the highest ranking in program history. 

Campbell is coming off a 6-1 win at home over UNC Greensboro on Mar. 21. The Fighting Camels have now won three of their last four, with the lone loss coming in a 4-0 sweep against Wake Forest.  

CCU vs. Campbell will start tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 P.M. ET.
