CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's golf team will be back in action at the Wolfpack Stitch Intercollegiate April 12-13 at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh, N.C.
North Carolina State will host the two-day, 54-hole event with the teams playing 36 holes on Friday with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The final 18 holes will be played Saturday with groups teeing off on both holes one and 10.
A total of 12 teams will participate in the event. Joining the Chanticleers and Wolfpack at the 7,209-yard, par-71 course is Boston College, Duke, Georgia Southern, High Point, Kent State, Navy, North Carolina Central, Oral Roberts, UNC Greensboro, and VCU.
Representing the Chanticleers will be
Seth Taylor,
Jack Lee,
Trey Crenshaw,
Garrett Cooper, and
Trace McDonald.
Owen Kim will play the event as an individual.
The Stitch Intercollegiate was postponed in 2023 and the Chants last played in the event back in 2021. The Chants finished eighth with a 13-under 851. Taylor and Cooper played in the event with Taylor finishing tied for 17th with a five-under 211 while Garrett finished tied for 53rd with a five-over 221.
The Woflpack Stitch Intercollegiate will be CCU's final regular season tournament of the season and fans can follow the live scoring at golfstat.com, with a link to the live stats page at
