CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina beach volleyball team concluded play at the College of Charleston Beach with a pair of wins on Saturday to push its program-record winning streak to 17 matches. The Chanticleers beat UNCW 4-1 and knocked off College of Charleston 3-2. 

Coastal Carolina moves to 22-6 on the season.
 
Match 1: Coastal Carolina 4, UNCW 1
 
Coastal took the first two points with a 21-15, 21-13 win from Madie Lichty and Denisse Morgenstern on court four before Madison Allred and Raychel Ehlers made the score 2-0 with a 20-22, 24-22, 16-14 victory at the No. 5 flight, extending the duo's program-record streak to 16 straight victories. 

Ellie Hanford and Emma Kunaus sealed the match with a 21-15, 16-21, 16-14 win on court three before Julia Blazek and Emma Plutnicki gave Coastal its final point with a 21-17, 21-10 victory at the No. 2 flight.
 
Match 2: Coastal Carolina 3, College of Charleston 2
 
Coastal opened the scoring as Lichty and Morgenstern earned a 21-15, 21-17 win at No. 4 and a 21-11, 22-20 win from Hanford and Kunaus put the Chanticleers ahead 2-1. 

Martine Kragholm and Sarah Riedell clinched the battle of Palmetto State squads with a 22-20, 21-18 win on court one. 

The Sandy Chants conclude the regular season next weekend at the Gamecock Grand Slam in Columbia, S.C.
