CONWAY, S.C. - The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team (7-11, 2-4 SBC) is set to face the Mount Olive Trojans (11-2, 3-1 CC) in its final home match of the spring season tomorrow at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
CCU is coming off their second consecutive weekend with a split in Sun Belt Conference play with a 4-3 win over James Madison and a 4-1 defeat to Old Dominion. In the week prior, the Chants posted a 4-1 win over Georgia State and a 4-3 loss to first-placed Georgia Southern. Coastal currently sits at 7-11 overall and at 2-4 in conference play, which places them in sixth in the Sun Belt Conference standings.
Mount Olive enters the week at 11-2 on the season, 3-1 in conference play, and in fourth in the current Conference Carolinas standings. In recent results, the Trojans split a weekend double feature in a 4-3 loss to Barton and a 7-0 win over North Greenville. Prior to the loss to Barton, the Trojans had won 11 consecutive matches after losing their season opener to Lander on Feb. 9.
CCU vs. Mount Olive will start tomorrow at 2 P.M. ET at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
