CONWAY, S.C. - The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team will take on its first ranked opponent of the season, No. 15 Auburn, on Aug. 25 at 3 p.m. ET in Auburn, Ala.

• CCU has a 0-1-1 record on the season.
• This is the second of 10 road contests for the Chants.
• Head coach Jo Chubb is looking for her first away win at the helm of the women's soccer team.
• CCU had 19 players see action versus UNCW on Thursday, including graduate student Jessica Wheeler who made her debut for the Women in Teal.
• The Chants will be looking to pick up their first win against a ranked opponent as they own an 0-8 record versus teams ranked in the top 25.

• The Chants suffered a 2-0 shutout loss to UNCW.
• CCU went down 1-0 in the sixth minute when UNCW's Kayla Burroughs found the back of the net.
• At the end of the first half, CCU led 2-1 in corner kicks and were outshot 3-2.
• Camryn McKee and Rami Rapp tried to level the score in the 68th and 69th minutes, respectively, but they were met by the woodwork and the gloves of the Seahawks' keeper.
• UNCW extended its lead in the 70th minute when Lexi Vegoda received the rebound off her own missed penalty kick to find the back of the net and make the score 2-0.

• Auburn has a 2-0-0 record on the season.
• The Tigers defeated No. 5 Clemson 4-0 in their season opener.
• Last time out, Auburn delivered a 6-0 shutout win to the Southern Miss Eagles.
• Anna Haddock and Maddie Prohaska were named to the All-SEC preseason watch list.
• Prohaska was named SEC Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 19 after recording her first top-five shutout of her career versus Clemson.
• Eight different Tigers have netted a goal this year with Sydnie Thibodaux leading the way with two goals.
• Nedya Sawan tops the SEC with three assists on the year to date.

• This is Coastal's first matchup versus Auburn in program history.
• The Chants will look for their first victory versus an SEC opponent.
