LEXINGTON, Ky. – Coastal Carolina junior
Jalyn Stout was named to the 2025 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Southeast Region Team for the third consecutive year, the organization announced Tuesday.
Stout joins Leah Hardeman as the only three-time AVCA all-region selections in program history.
Stout led the Chanticleers with 345 kills and ranked second on the team in both assists (457) and digs (330). She recorded double-digit kills in 20 matches, highlighted by a season-high 20 against Maryland, and ranked 10th in the Sun Belt Conference with 3.22 kills per set.
A Gainesville, Fla., native, Stout was the only player in NCAA Division I this season to average at least 3.0 kills, 4.0 assists and 3.0 digs per set.
She posted double-digit assists in 27 of her 29 appearances, including a season-best 30 in a road match at Texas State. Stout also recorded double-digit digs in 18 matches and finished the season with 12 triple-doubles.
Stout became the first player in school and Sun Belt Conference history to surpass 1,000 career assists, digs and kills, while setting the NCAA career record for triple-doubles (46). She earned First Team All-Sun Belt honors for the third consecutive season.
