CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina beach volleyball team is set to open the 2025 season with the Coastal Invite at the Coastal Carolina Beach Volleyball Complex on Feb. 21-22.
The Chanticleers will welcome ULM, Erskine, Wingate, College of Charleston, and Carson-Newman to the beach for the two-day event.
CCU returns six players from its 2024 roster, which posted a program-record 27 wins and reached the finals of the 2024 Sun Belt Championship Tournament.
The Chanticleers will honor seniors
Ryla Bryant and
Raychel Ehlers on Feb. 21 at approximately 4 p.m. before facing Carson-Newman.
History Against Coastal Invite Opponents
- Coastal is undefeated against the Erskine Flying Fleet, holding a 9-0 record.
- CCU owns a 4-0 record against Carson-Newman.
- The Chants have a 3-0 record versus Sun Belt foe ULM.
- This will be the first meeting between Coastal and Wingate.
