
Women’s Tennis Prepares for Action-Packed Week

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team is preparing for an action-packed week, facing College of Charleston, UNCW, and SCAD.
The Chanticleers will begin the week in Mount Pleasant, S.C., to take on the College of Charleston Cougars on Feb. 26 at 1:30 p.m. E.T. The Cougars enter the matchup with a 2-2 record.
The Chanticleers will then return home to host back-to-back matches against UNCW and SCAD on March 2. Coastal will kick off the day against the Seahawks at 9 a.m. ET, followed by the Bees at 2 p.m. ET. Entering the week, the Seahawks hold a 1-1 record, while the Bees are 3-4 on the season.
Anna Babayan (3-0) and Brunelle Kouam (3-1) lead the team in singles play, while Nicole Abel tops the team with a 4-1 record in doubles action.
