KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Coastal Carolina men's soccer team earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for its exceptional academic performance during the 2024-25 academic year. This marks the ninth consecutive year and 17th overall selection that the Chanticleers have earned recognition.

CCU posted an impressive 3.46 team grade point average, placing them among 305 men's collegiate soccer programs nationwide to receive the award.

The United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award recognizes programs whose student-athletes demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in the classroom. To qualify, teams must achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster.
