CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw against the ULM Warhawks on Friday evening at the CCU Soccer Complex.

• With the result, the Chanticleers move to 3-4-3 overall and 0-1-3 in Sun Belt play.
• The Chants nearly struck in the opening minute when Dolcie O'Connor and Eleanor Ashton combined to set up Tamlyn Parkes, whose shot sailed just over the crossbar.
• Goalkeeper Aris Lamanna recorded the only save of the first half, handling a corner kick in the eighth minute.
• At halftime, Coastal held a 3-2 edge in shots, while both sides earned two corners apiece.
• Lamanna came up big late, making two key saves in the final two minutes to secure her fourth shutout of the season.
• O'Connor led the Chanticleer attack with two shots on the night.
• At the final whistle, both teams tallied seven shots, while Coastal held a 61%–39% advantage in possession.
• Freshman Sophie Redner earned her first career start for the Women in Teal.

The Chanticleers return to the CCU Soccer Complex on Oct. 2 to host Appalachian State at 7 p.m. ET.
