CONWAY– After finishing the regular season 14-17 and 7-11 in Sun Belt play, Coastal Carolina women's basketball earned the No. 9 seed for the 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Conference Women's Basketball Championship, set for March 3-9 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla.
Coastal will face the winner of No. 12 South Alabama and No. 13 Appalachian State on Wednesday, March 4 at 12:30 p.m. ET.
The Sun Belt Championship features all 14 conference teams competing for the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament at the Pensacola Bay Center.
Coastal enters the postseason with a 5-8 all-time record in Sun Belt Championship play.
