CONWAY, S.C. — The Coastal Carolina softball team will host instate foe Charleston Southern on March 24, at 4 p.m. ET at St. John Stadium.
 
Scouting the Opponent

• Charleston Southern owns a 6-26 record on the season.
• The Buccaneers have secured wins over Marist, Sacred Heart, Notre Dame, UNCG, Bowling Green, and Longwood.
• Jordyn Dimond tops the team with a .393 batting average, while Carsten Sandvig and Charlee Yourman lead with 14 RBIs apiece.
• The pitching staff is led by Riley Lauffer, who owns a 5.91 ERA and a 4-9 record.
• The Buccaneers are led by head coach Christi Musser, who is in her sixth season at the helm. She owns a 109-161 record at Charleston Southern.
