Cross Country Completes Elon Opener to Begin Season

ELON, N.C. – Coastal Carolina cross country began the season with the Elon Opener on Friday night with the women placing ninth and the men taking home second overall.

Owen Mullins led the Chants in the men's 6k with a 14th-place finish in a time of 19:45.9.

Megan Dolan led Coastal in the women's 4k with a 57th-place finish in a time of 15:55.6.

Coastal returns to action with the Chanticleer Challenge in Conway, S.C. on Sept. 18.
