2019 (Redshirt Junior): Appeared in 17 games for the Chants on the season, making 13 starts … Spent most of the year in the weekend rotation … Posted a record of 6-4 with a 6.50 ERA and one save on the year ... Logged 70.2 innings pitched … Struck out 61 hitters compared to just 23 walks … Struck out a season-high nine batters in a shutout win over Arkansas State (March 30) … Pitched a season-high 7.0 innings in wins versus Washington (March 9) and at home against Arkansas State (March 30), both of which were quality starts … Returned to the mound after missing all of the 2018 season to pick up the win in relief on opening weekend versus Campbell (Feb. 17), surrendering two unearned runs on five hits, a walk, and two strikeouts over 3.0 innings … Got the start in game two versus Michigan State (Feb. 22), earning the win by holding the Spartans to three runs, on seven hits and five strikeouts over 5.0 innings pitched … Threw 3.0 innings out of the bullpen in the win over No. 25 Illinois (March 1) before moving into the starting rotation … Pitched one clean inning in the win over Wake Forest (March 5) and pitched 7.0 innings, allowing two runs on five hits, one walk and seven strikeouts in the neutral site win over Washington (March 9) at the Seattle Baseball Showcase … Improved to 4-0 on the season with a win at ULM (March 16), giving up two runs, one unearned, on seven hits, one walk, and one strikeout … Two weeks later, he improved to 5-0 on the season with a win versus Arkansas State (March 30) … He struck out nine, walked one and scattered four hits over 7.0 innings in the win … Lost each of his next three starts, pitching 4.0 innings at South Alabama (April 6), 4.1 innings at Little Rock (April 12) and at home versus Georgia Southern (April 20) … Rebounded to pitch 5.1 innings in the 11-9 win over Louisiana (May 5) … Made back-to-back starts at UT Arlington (May 12) and versus Appalachian State (May 17) … Also got the start in the Chants’ 26-10 semifinal win over ULM (May 25) in the Sun Belt Championship Tournament, but did not factor in the decision … Pitched 3.0-scoreless innings and struck out four batters out of the bullpen in the win over Florida A&M (June 1) at the NCAA Atlanta Regional.
2018 (Junior): Redshirted ... Received a medical redshirt after missing the entire season due to a knee injury.
2017 (Sophomore): Led the team in both appearances (24) and saves (six) ... Ranked eighth in the Sun Belt with his six saves ... Was 2-2 with a 4.04 ERA on the season ... His ERA was as low as 1.80 through his first 15 appearances before allowing nine earned runs over next four appearances (4.0 innings) ... However, he bounced back over his last five appearances (11.2 innings) to close the season with three saves, a 2.31 ERA, three earned runs, four walks and eight strikeouts ... Early in the season, he went 1-0 with two saves during CCU's five-game win streak ... Faced just 12 batters and threw just 2.2 innings over his first three games but had at least one strikeout in each game ... Earned the save at UNC Wilmington (March 1) as he entered in the ninth inning with a runner on and CCU leading by three ... Faced two batters, got a strikeout and a fly out ... Versus San Francisco (March 3) he earned the save as he entered in the ninth with CCU leading 7-5, allowed one hit before getting a strikeout, fly out and ground out ... Rounded out CCU's win streak by getting the win versus Winthrop as he entered with the game tied in the sixth inning - got a strikeout to end the sixth and CCU scored in the bottom half of the inning ... Credited with the win in game one of the doubleheader with Illinois, pitching 1.1-scoreless and allowing one hit ... Was the tough-luck loser at No. 7 North Carolina where he allowed three hits and four runs over 1.2 innings, but just one run was earned in the 7-6 loss ... Tied a season-high with three strikeouts ... Pitched in all three games at South Alabama, getting his third save of the season in game two ... Recorded a four-inning save in game two at UL Monroe as he allowed three hits and one run with no walks and four punch outs ... Prior to starting in game two versus Campbell and as a relief pitcher, he was 4-0 with two saves, a 1.38 ERA and a .135 opponent batting average ... In his first 18 appearances (39.0 innings), he allowed just six runs and nine walks with 33 strikeouts ... However, struggled in his last three appearances (Campbell and Radford at the Big South Tournament and versus NC State at the NCAA Regional), allowing nine runs in 3.1 innings ... Missed the Super Regional and College World Series due to an injury ... Was involved in two of CCU's shutouts, getting a three-inning save in one (Charleston Southern) .. Got his first collegiate win at UNC Wilmington (March 16) ... Pitched 1.2 innings in relief, allowing two hits, one run and one walk with two strikeouts ... Followed that outing by getting his first career save in the Longwood finale ... At the Big South Championship, he struck out the side in the seventh inning versus Radford, but allowed three baserunners in the eighth that all scored to tie the game at 5-5 ... Tabbed Quad-A Pitcher of the Year and first-team All-Section 5 as well as the Pittsburgh South Hills Almanac's MVP ... Went 6-1 with a 2.29 ERA and 0.95 WHIP on the mound his senior season ... Registered a school-record 85 strikeouts in 51 innings pitched ... Led Mt. Lebanon to a 15-3 record and 12-0 mark in league play to be the top-ranked team in WPIAL AAAA through the regular season ... Was 6-1 with 61 strikeouts and batted .380 while setting a school record with a 1.07 ERA as a junior.
