2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team recognition as part of the 4x100-meter relay team
• Part of the 4x100-meter relay that finished third overall with a time of 40.39 at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Track & Field Championships
• Also a member of the 4x400-meter relay unit that placed fourth overall with a time of 3:12.94 at the conference championship meet
• Placed 12th overall in the 100-meters (10.64 (1.0)) and 18th in the 200-meters (21.76 (-0.7)) at the SBC Championship meet
• Recorded a time of 21.77 (0.2) in the 200-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Turned in a time of 10.57 (2.8) in the 100-meters at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Ran unattached at the Carolina Challenge during the indoor season, finishing fifth in the 400-meters (48.78) and third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:15.20)
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for both the 2022 fall and 2023 spring semesters

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team recognition as part of the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay units
• Helped lead the 4x100-meter relay team to a third-place finish with a time of 40.21 at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships
• Was also part of the 4x400-meter relay unit that crossed the finish line in third overall with a time of 3:09.90 at the Sun Belt Conference Championship meet
• Also ran in both the 200-meters and the 400-meters at the conference championship meet, finishing eighth in the 200-meters with a time of 21.19 (1.9) and 11th in the 400-meters with a time of 48.39
• Turned in a season-best time of 21.15 (1.8) in the 200-meters in the preliminaries of the SBC Championships
• Was an NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier, racing for the Chants in both the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays
• Led CCU to a time of 40.00 in the 4x100-meter relay at the NCAA East Preliminaries, placing 17th overall
• Also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that turned in a time of 3:12.59 at the NCAA East Preliminaries
• Picked up a win in the 100-meters with a season-best time of 10.60 (1.7) at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Also raced in the 400-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays, crossing the finish line in 19th overall with a time of 49.44
• Recorded a fourth-place finish in the 200-meters with a time of 21.75 (2.4) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Also posted times of 21.93 (0.2) at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational and 21.62 (0.5) at the UF Tom Jones Memorial in the 200-meters
• Turned in a time of 48.66 in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial event
• Led the Chants to a pair of runner-up finishes in the 4x100 (40.96) and the 4x400 (3:15.94) relay events at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Also picked up two runner-up finishes at the USC Open with a time of 39.93 in the 4x100 and 3:08.82 in the 4x400 meter relay events
• Was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished third at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational with a time of 40.94
• Also part of the 4x100-meter relay unit that turned in a time of 40.58 to place 16th overall at the UF Tom Jones Memorial
• Ran unattached in both the 200-meters (22.12) and 400-meters (50.01) at the Bob Pollock Invitational during the indoor season

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Picked up 2021 All-Sun Belt third-team honors as part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed third overall at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 40.55
• Also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished seventh overall at the Sun Belt Conference Championship meet with a time of 3:20.11
• Individually, he placed 10th in the 200-meters (21.64 (-0.1)) and 11th in the 400-meters (48.54) at the SBC Championships
• Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that tied the fourth-best time in school history with a time of 40.27 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, taking first place overall
• Also part of the 4x100-meter relay unit that crossed the finish line first overall at 41.19 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• A member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished second overall at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge (41.07) and sixth at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (40.88)
• Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to the eighth-best time in school history at 3:10.80 at the North Florida Invite, placing fourth overall
• Individually, he posted a pair of third-place finishes in the 200-meters (21.66 (1.5)) and the 400-meters (49.52) at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Also finished third in the 100-meters with a season-best time of 10.90 (1.5) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Placed fifth overall in the 200-meters with a time of 21.77 (1.2) at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
• Also finished seventh overall in the 400-meters at the Gamecock Invitational with a time of 48.41
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.25 GPA or higher) for both the 2020 fall and 2021 spring semesters
