Outdoor Season

• Participated in one event

• Finished seventh and set a new personal-best in the weight throw with a mark of 18.99 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship

• Placed 10th in the hammer throw at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship with a mark of 52.36
• Recorded a personal-best and second place finish in the hammer throw at the USC Outdoor Opener, ranking fourth-best in school history (56.55 meters)
• First-place finish in the hammer throw at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge

• Won the weight throw event at the Gamecock Opener (18.07 meters)

2023 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Participated in the hammer throw event in six meets during the outdoor season
• Turned in an 11th-place finish in the hammer throw at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 50.71 meters
• Recorded a personal-best time of 51.14 meters for a ninth-place finish in the hammer throw event at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Placed 10th overall in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.52 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Posted an 11th-place finish in the hammer throw with a distance of 46.50 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Turned in throws of 44.70 meters at the USC Open and 49.40 meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial in the hammer throw
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2023 spring semester

• Competed in five meets over the indoor track & field season
• Finished 10th overall in the weight throw event with a distance of 17.16 meters at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Won the weight throw event with a throw of 16.94 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Placed seventh overall in the shot put with a distance of 11.90 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Gamecock Opener, finishing fifth in the shot put (12.50 meters) and sixth in the weight throw (15.99 meters)
• Recorded an eighth-place showing in the weight throw event with a distance of 17.21 meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Turned in a personal-best mark of 17.25 meters in the weight throw event at the Bob Pollock Invitational, the sixth-best mark in CCU history
• Also recorded a distance of 11.97 meters in the shot put at the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 fall semester

2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Participated in seven meets during the outdoor season as a true freshman
• Competed in both the shot put and hammer throw events
• Set a season-best mark of 12.81 meters in the shot put event at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational, placing 15th overall
• Posted a season-best toss of 49.85 meters in the hammer throw at the USC Open, finishing in 12th place
• Opened the outdoor season with a fifth-place finish in the hammer throw with a distance of 45.55 meters at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, placing sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 48.85 meters and 10th in the shot put with a throw of 12.21 meters
• Finished sixth in the hammer throw at the Weems Baskin Relays with a mark of 46.84 meters
• Also placed 14th overall in the shot put with a distance of 12.04 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays

• Placed 12th overall in the weight throw event with a mark of 13.88 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Turned in throws of 11.78 meters in the shot put and 15.32 meters in the weight throw events at the 2022 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Posted a season-best mark of 15.80 meters in the weight throw event at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships, placing 18th overall
• Also competed at the conference championship meet in the shot put, turning in a mark of 12.07 meters to place 25th overall
• Did not record a mark in the weight throw at the Gamecock Opener and the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 spring term

• Named the MVP for her track & field high school team in 2019
• Placed in the top five in 11 of 12 indoor and outdoor competitions in 2021, posting one first-place finish, four second and third-place finishes, and one fourth and fifth-place finish overall
• Finished first in the shot put with a throw of 10.81 meters and third in the hammer throw with a distance of 43.48 meters at the Project Athletics Throws Rust-Buster
• Placed third with a personal-best throw of 12.15 meters in the shot put at the 2021 Ontario U20 Championships and Open 5000m Championships
• Finished second with a personal-best distance of 44.02 meters in the hammer throw at the Project Athletics Lockdown Showdown
• Competed in the shot put at the 2019 Canadian Nationals in Nova Scotia
• A four-time honor roll member and named to the Principal's Honor roll her senior year
