2023 (Senior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in five events over two meets during the spring season
• Turned in a career-best time of 14.61 (0.9) in the 100-meter hurdles to finish second overall at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Was part of the first-place 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 4:04.67 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Recorded a fifth-place finish in the javelin throw with a distance of 36.39 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Also placed sixth in the long jump event with a mark of 5.39 (-1.9) meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2023 spring term

Indoor Season

• Competed for the Chants in four meets during the indoor season
• Finished fourth overall in the pentathlon with a CCU school record of 3,722 points at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Won the 800-meters (2:22.33), finished runner-up in the shot put (11.87 meters), third in the long jump (5.50 meters), sixth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.94), and 12th in the high jump (1.53 meters) in the multi-event at the conference championships
• Placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.10) and as part of the 4x400-meter relay team (4:02.53) at the Gamecock Opener
• Also set a new personal-best mark of 5.63 meters to finish seventh in the long jump at the Gamecock Opener
• Turned in a second-place finish in the shot put (12.40 meters) and a fifth-place showing in the 60-meter hurdles (9.12) at the Carolina Challenge
• Competed in both the 800-meters (2:29.08) and the high jump (no mark) at the Carolina Challenge 
• Recorded career-best times of 8.91 in the 60-mete hurdles and 1:18.74 in the 500-meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Was named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 fall semester

2022 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in six meets on the season for the Chants
• Posted six top-10 finishes on the year
• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors in the heptathlon
• Set a new program record in the heptathlon by compiling 5,061 points and earning a bronze medal at the 2022 Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed seventh overall in the javelin throw with a new personal-best toss of 41.20 meters at the Sun Belt Championships
• Set a new personal-best mark of 5.53 meters (1.6) in the long jump at the UF Tom Jones Memorial
• Finished eighth overall in the javelin throw with a mark of 39.96 meters at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Placed eighth in the long jump with a leap of 5.28 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Took sixth place overall in the high jump event with a height of 1.50 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Finished 15th in the javelin throw with a mark of 35.85 meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial
• Also part of the 4x800-meter relay team that crossed the finish line in third with a time of 9:45.27 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Named to the 2021-22 CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 team
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 spring term

Indoor Season

• Competed in four meets on the season for the Chants
• Tallied three top-10 finishes on the year
• Finished 10th overall as part of the distance medley relay at the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 12:38.55
• Placed seventh in the 500-meters with a personal-best time of 1:21.42 at the 2022 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Also finished seventh overall in the long jump event with a personal-best distance of 5.37 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Set a new personal-best mark of 12.45 meters in the shot put at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships
• Finished 13th in the shot put (12.12 meters) and 15th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.60) at the Carolina Challenge
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2021 fall semester

2021 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven events during the outdoor season
• Competed in five meets on the year
• Had six top-10 finishes, including a personal-best  mark of 38.02 meters in the javelin at the Coastal Carolina Challenge, good for second place overall
• Also placed fifth overall in the high jump (1.45 meters) and eighth in the 800-meters (2:25.64) at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge
• Finished fourth in the javelin with a throw of 36.72 meters at the Gamecock Invitational
• Turned in a seventh-place finish in the shot put with a distance of 11.93 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Posted a 10th-place finish with a mark of 11.75 meters in the shot put at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Recorded personal-best marks of 38.78 meters in the discus throw (Weems Baskin Relays), 1:02.01 in the 400-meters (Gamecock Invitational), 12.32 meters in the shot put, and a time of 16.26 in the 100-meter hurdles (North Florida Invite)
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2021 spring semester

2020 (Freshman)

• No competition
• Named to the 2019-20 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List (3.50 or better GPA for the academic year)
• Earned a spot on the President's List (4.0) for the 2020 spring term

• Competed in one meet for the Chanticleers on the indoor season
• Finished 12th in the shot put (11.75 meters) at the Gamecock Opener
• Also turned in a time of 9.79 in the 60-meter hurdles
• Named to the President's List (4.0) for the 2019 fall semester
